am I the only one getting corrupt filenames inside the archives?

Okay, works on windows (locale set to Japanese) in 7zip and winrar, but I can't fo the life of me work out how to make it work on my linux box. :/
my linux env encoding is UTF8 and I tried the 7z command and the unzip command along with a piece of software called nkf which converts between encodings and still can't get them to show right! grr lol
