Mother of clusterfucks, this episode left me feeling way more salty than the last, I had the suspicion that someone else was going to die from the episode title, heck, killing another character this fast, correction, not one but three characters! This is way too rushed. R.I.P source material in the anime, Kill the Fanbase, Kill the Source Material, Kill Akame ga Kill,GOD! I have more salt than the sea itself right, somebody please supply me with some mayor buttscream, screw you whitefox...Sankyuu by the way Vivid-Asenshi

It's not really fair to blame White Fox, I think. They just do what they're told by the production committee.
If you have a look at the list of Gangan Joker series, you'll see this certainly isn't the first time a Gangan Joker adaptation has had an anime-original ending. Tasogare Otome x Amnesia in particular comes to mind, and that was a completely different studio.

Nah, White Fox passes the verdict. If they didn't want to make a second season they should leave at a cliffhanger, the possibility of someone else doing the rest isn't zero. Now with a original ending we won't ever see the correct story since not much people dares to adapt a series again from scratch like they did with Brotherhood, much less since only 5 episodes were bad adapted.

No, they don't. They just adapt it the way the production committee tells them to, because the production committee is their customer. The production committee (ie the rights holders and investors) are the ones who determine how the series ends and whether there will be an S2 in the future. If they planned to do a second season but White Fox was busy at that time, they would either wait or assign it to another studio.

Dude, White Fox does not have a say in how the story goes. Heck, I don't think ANY production studio has a say in how the story goes.
