I don't know if you should be endorsing KCP anymore. It hasn't been updated in almost one and a half years and Haruhichan itself is abandoned and overrun with spam bots.

Idk about Seiren, waiting for it to finish, but "mpc-hc + lav video decoder" used to crash on ending of Flip Flappers while "mpc-hc + madvr" worked like a charm. I feel like "codec packs" are a thing of the past now. It seems best to use the most lightweight stuff and experiment with different things. Cheers for the releases though, love you guys/gals at GJM!

Use "LAV Filters Megamix" if you are lazy shit and want almost up-to-date stuff.
I personally prefer updating my mpc-hc, lav video, xysubfilter and madvr manually.

You should update them manually. It's nice that MPC-HC has some stuff right of the box, but it can't be updated at the same pace as the other components.

There's also mpv if you want to read a manual.
