@dekkai_desu - Yeah, remuxed releases from untouched sources are somehow "bloated" now.

BD remuxes are pretty much pointless for slow placed compressible content.
If more efficient codec comes in the future, if your rip is visually transparent to the source and even better (has problems like banding, aliasing and etc. fixed) nobody will bother to switch to the new one for -20MB considering that the space is becoming cheaper and cheaper with every day.

Anyway why would you use LPCM? If you do PCM->FLAC->PCM->ALAC->PCM->TAK->PCM or whatever million times, the decoded PCM will still be exactly the same. This is what lossless compression means.

Considering all of the above I can't take this as anything else than trolling or hating the show. If you loved it even a little you should have at least tried to make a good release.
Prove me wrong.

I'm pretty sure he knows what FLAC is considering he used it in almost all of his releases... I could be wrong but I'm PRETTY SURE HE KNOWS!!!

BDRemux I can understand. I mean, it's stupid, for the reasons described by coldhell, but I can still understand. LPCM however, I can't understand. Not one bit. This is some next level trolling.

So this is what I get for sharing my favorite anime after working hours and hours on revisions?
And you people wonder why fansubbing is almost dead?
Instead, how about you just don't bother with this and leave it to the few people who appreciate what I do?

I thought it was pretty obvious. Why else would someone REupload a 306GB series? Seeding 306GB cost a huge amount of bandwidth and time (uploading to the seedbox itself which would take forever). But guess some people are slow...

@Squiggy
What do you expect exactly?
"after working hours and hours" - You wasted your time with slow remuxing, keyframe generation, patches or whatever because of the huge bd remux. If we trust your v2 table, it's mostly muxing errors like forgotten fonts, mistimed line or whatever. The script is pretty much ss-eclipse/doki and whatever you corrected/retimed/typesetted i.e. actual spend time in effort which I respect, you did it mostly in v1 - this is why I left it alone. No one will die if a single line in 18h show has 0.2sec difference... nvm, not my time, no my problem. Why am I even trying...

"I get for sharing my favorite", "what I do" - If it's your favorite anime why did you troll it? I mean, bd remux - ok, legacy for the next generation or whatever, the bdmv aren't even good to begin with, but again - ok, whatever. PCM on 5.1 audio on other side... The only difference is compatibility and size, yet I have a harder time to find a system supporting .ass instead of mkv and flac.
Everyone appreciate what you do. I have a lot of your rips, but instead of whining when someone point out a mistake how about trying to explain your reasons for retarded decision at least once? All we got was a bite comment like ">me, >...". You completely lost me here, sorry.

"And you people wonder why fansubbing is almost dead?" - With the official streaming sites covering pretty much everything there is little to no point in it outside of few completely fucked up shows or if the stuffs really likes it. Can we stop with the clichés and got to the actual topic, please?

Ironically, back then, people were fine with me releasing Clannad in 2014 - and now, two years later, I get told off being a troll and the likes.
The corrections I did to my initial upload, fixed by a bunch of patches, accumulated to a large number of patchfiles people have to undergo.
Thus, I provide a complete release once again - I don't see what my mistake it.
IF you want a rip, go download Akai.
IF you want a remux, grab this.

It's odd enough that I have to actually defend and justify myself for sharing.

I'll try one last time and then I swear I'll give up, since you are be unable to comprehend it and go in completely different direction.
It's dumb on [b/]architecture[/b] level:

1. What is the point of bd remux with LPCM?
a) If you go with untouched, max compatibility, leave it m2ts.
(You might as well leave the entire BDMV structure and insert PGS subtitles)
b) If you go with remux, try to compress it losslessly as much as you can.
(We don't live in the '90. Decoding compressed audio on fly doesn't even take 0.1% cpu power)

2. If you think that you will make a lot changes on the script later - make it customizable i.e. external.
- It will leave the video and audio as untouched raw.
- Every fucking player loads external subtitles automatically if the name matches
- Leave some folder with name "fonts" or use only true types and insert them in the .ass scripts directly.
- I have no idea why everyone try so hard to embed all resources. Leaving them external is better in some cases,

point 2 completely kills the need of patching/remuxing 300GB (HDD read/writes are like 200/100mb/s so good luck)

point 1 saves small amount of space and mostly bandwidth
Jeez the compressed stream is executed even faster if you think about how much faster your memory and cpu are than the access + reading speed to the HDD/SSD is.

And as a side note: Raw blu-rays can have glitches on random time access (thanks Sony) unless you have and index file before the reading, so they aren't really comfortable for playback.

Akai is Coalgirls script + AAC, so it's worse than Doki/CG and again no one is actually complain that you haven't made a rip instead of remux.

That is all. If you can't comprehend it, I just give up.
